Elizabeth Rassmusson

Elizabeth Rasmusson is a theatrical costume designer with an MFA in costume design and technology from the University of Florida. Elizabeth is co-owner/ designer of J&R Santaprises, a tailoring company that specializes in bespoke Santa suits and Mrs. Claus dresses.  In addition to teaching at Topstitch, Elizabeth is a professor at Kennesaw State University where she has been teaching theatre design and sewing since 2009. Her costume design work can be seen at theatres throughout the Atlanta area and she has been nominated for multiple theatrical design awards.  When not teaching, designing, or sewing Elizabeth lives in East Atlanta Village and enjoys spending time with her son TJ and fur baby Jenny.
