Turn your next celebration into a creative sewing experience. Our Private Sewing Parties are fun, relaxed, and fully guided—no stress, just sewing and good times with friends! Perfect for making memories and something handmade.

During this 2.5-hour party, your group will sew a project of your choice with hands-on instruction throughout. We provide all materials and tools so you can focus on having fun. Everyone leaves with a finished project and new sewing skills.

Skills You’ll Learn

• Sewing machine basics
• Sewing straight seams and corners
• Working with linings
• Simple construction techniques
• Using elastic or zippers (project dependent)
• Finishing a handmade item

Who It’s For

Great for friends, coworkers, family gatherings, birthdays, bachelorettes, and kids’ parties (ages 8+). Ideal for beginners—no sewing experience required.

Materials

Provided: Fabrics, sewing machines, tools, supplies, and full instruction
Needed: Any food or drinks you’d like to bring (please bring cups with lids, plus plates, napkins, and utensils)

Project Choices

Adults: Simple lined tote bag, wine bag, adjustable apron, lined zipper clutch or pouch, or a holiday stocking

Kids & Teens (8+): Simple lined tote bag, pencil/tool/makeup roll-up, pillowcase, or zipper pouch
