Return Policy and Shipping Info

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return your unused, unopened merchandise within 15 days of your purchase. The exception to these items is sewing and embroidery patterns and books and items that are already on sale. Sales on all patterns and books are final. Fabric must be unwashed and in the yardage length you purchased it in. You will need to pay the shipping charge to send the item(s) back to the store. We will then pay the shipping charge to send you a new item. If you’ve received the wrong item or a damaged item, let us know as soon as possible and we will be sure to correct our error and send you the correct item, less the shipping charge associated with the package. If you return an item to the store through the mail, please be sure to include your order number, phone number and email. We won’t be able to credit you for the items if we do not know who they belong to!

We will ship your online shipping order within three business days. Orders less than $19 will ship USPS first class mail; orders $19+ will ship USPS priority mail. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
