Connie Christmas Tree Skirt – Three-Part Advanced Beginner Series

Ready to make something special for your holiday decorating? In this three-part advanced beginner class, you'll make the beautiful Connie Christmas Tree Skirt by Syd Graham Patterns, a reversible, quilted tree skirt with a charming scalloped edge and your choice of bow or button closures. (It could double as a cape too!)

This is a fun project if you've sewn a few simple things and are ready to try quilting, curved edges, bias binding, and more detailed construction techniques. You'll learn how to layer and quilt fabrics, create a beautiful scalloped border, and finish your project with polished details.

The pattern comes in four sizes, but in this class, you'll make the small version (28" diameter), which is perfect for a smaller Christmas tree or a cozy holiday corner. Choose festive fabrics, classic holiday colors, or something a little more modern to create a tree skirt you'll love pulling out every year. It also makes a wonderful handmade gift!
